We currently only offer exchanges if the items received are damaged or broken. NO returns will be accepted at this time. We will happily exchange your order for another product/s of equal value at no extra charge. Please contact us at info@blackcardsociety.com if you have an issue with your order. We are here to help!

Exchange Process:

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@blackcardsociety.com.

Once you have received your EA number, please securely package the item and include the EA number on the inside of the package. Ship the items back to us at the address provided on our website in the Contact section.

Customers are not responsible for exchange shipping costs. A credit for the shipping costs will be applied to your method of payment once the items are received.

Refunds:

Only exchanges are offered at this time for damaged or broken items.
