Shipping Methods and Times:
Standard Shipping: We offer Standard shipping for all orders within the United States. Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation is received. Delivery times vary depending on your location but generally range from 7-10 business days. In the event that you have not received your order after 10 business days, please email us at info@blackcardsociety.com with your order number and we will respond within 24-48 hours. On occasion items have to be back-ordered due to low inventory or supply-chain issues and we will give you the option to exchange your items. No refunds will be given for supply-chain issues unless it is more than 25 days since your order has been placed.
Shipping Costs:
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the shipping destination. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before payment confirmation.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.
Shipping Restrictions:
P.O. Box Addresses: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical address for delivery.

Damaged or Lost Shipments:

Please note that our shipping carriers may observe holidays, which can affect shipping times. During holiday seasons, there may be delays in processing and delivery times. We appreciate your patience during these times. Delayed orders due to Holiday mail congestion typically arrive within 14-21 days.
